How We Brew – Crafting Valech Lager Beer
At RRVUK, crafting Valech Lager Beer begins with sourcing the finest European ingredients—including barley malt, maize, hop extract, and pure water. Our brewing process is rooted in traditional Dutch craftsmanship, executed with precision in advanced facilities. The ingredients are milled, mashed, and boiled to extract a rich, malty base, then cooled and fermented to develop Valech’s smooth body and clean bitterness. After fermentation, the beer is lagered (cold aged) for optimal flavor refinement and clarity. This stage typically spans 7 to 14 days, ensuring each batch matures with depth and balance. Every sip of Valech reflects our commitment to quality, tradition, and consistency.
From Brewery to You – Production & Global Distribution
Once perfectly brewed and matured, Valech Lager enters the next phase in our state-of-the-art manufacturing lines, where it’s filtered, carbonated, bottled, and packed with care. With strategic production hubs in the UK, France, and Vietnam, we maintain tight quality control and responsiveness to market demands. Bottled beer is securely packed in cases and dispatched via a robust logistics network to retailers, hospitality venues, and wholesalers around the globe.
